We, as Port Nature Luxury Resort Hotel & Spa, approach with precision to the matter of protection and processing personal datas in our responsibility of individuals associated with our Company including our customers, consumers and employees, within the framework of relevant legislation particularly Constitution of Turkey, international conventions on human rights to which our country is a party, Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“LPPD”).

In this context, we would like to enlighten you as Data Controller within the scope of LPPD. Your personal data which you share with our company as consumer, subscriber, customer,

supplier, employee and in other positions may be processed, saved, stored and preserved with certain, clear and legitimate purposes in connection with the purposes of processing in whole or in part, in a limited and measured manner, correctly and up to date, as prescribed by the rule of law and integrity in accrodance with LPPD. It may be transferred to the relevant domestic and foreign third parties including business partners, dealers, suppliers, subcontractors, executive assistants, relevant Controllery agencies, official institutions, but not limited to them; may be stored, updated, periodically checked, reorganized, classified by these parties. Informational and promotional e-mails and / or sms may be sent to you by our company in the capacity of data processor, phone calls may be made or this service may be performed by getting it from third parties.

Your personal data may be stored and processed by our Company, as the data controller, to understand consumer needs, to respond to their requests faster, to improve our communication with our consumers, to provide better service, to inform you about our products and services, to get your opinions about our products and services, to develop our products and services in line with your requests and needs, and to carry out our required quality and standard audits in accordance with the laws and regulations, or for purposes such as reporting and fulfilling our other obligations under the legislation.

To Whom and For What Purpose May The Processed Personal Data Be Transferred?

Your collected personal data may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, shareholders, legally authorized public institutions and private persons, within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the LPPD, to ensure the legal and commercial security of our Company and the people who have a business relationship with our Company, to make our business units carried out the necessary works for you to benefit from the products and services offered by our company, to customize the products and services offered by our company according to your likes, usage habits and needs, and to recommend them to you, to determine and implement our company’s commercial and business strategies and ensure the execution of our Company’s human resources policies.

The rights of the Personal Data Owner stated in Article 11 of the LPPD: If you submit your requests regarding your rights as Personal Data Owners to our Company by the methods set out below in this Disclosure Statement, our Company will conclude the request free of charge within the shortest time and within thirty days at the latest. 8) To request compensation in case of any damage due to the illegal processing of personal data.
